Our supplier is voluntarily executing a corrective action for the Solace Desktop, Solace HD Desktop, and Solace Desktop Corner Standing Desk Converters sold or distributed during the period of October 1, 2016 and February 15, 2019.

Therefore, our supplier is conducting a preventive corrective action to replace the cylinders in these products. To make this as simple as possible for you, we have arranged for a qualified technician to replace the cylinders at your location at no cost to you. Please call 1-888-386-2076 to schedule replacement of the cylinders – estimated to take about 30 minutes per desk.
